May 12, 2026

Friday, May 15, on the occasion of the World Day Against LGBTQIA+phobias, the City of Paris celebrates love, equality and LGBTQI+ culture and invites you to the 4th edition of the Bal de l’Amour, a festive and inclusive event open to everyone!

Paris is a celebration and wears the rainbow colors high! In response to the World Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia on May 17, the City of Paris organizes, on Friday May 15, the 4th edition of the Bal de l’Amour, at Place de la Bastille. A free event for all Parisians, LGBTQIA+ communities and their allies, married couples, families, youths, seniors.

In an international context marked by a rollback of LGBTQI+ rights, the City of Paris underscores its commitment with a festive and commemorative event, built around an artistic program that celebrates LGBTQIA+ cultures, their creativity and their history. The message is clear: that of a city that defends equality and love and celebrates all identities.
